Our dishes can be combined as you like, for the ones that are very hungry, as well as for the ones that need a nice enjoyment, but we recommend 2-4 dishes per person.

Many conventional wines contain large amounts of additives, and more and more winemakers are discovering that by treating the soil and grapes with care and using their craftsmanship, they also get the most excellent results.

Our wines are made by winemakers with their fingers in the ground and the heart the right place, which uses an absolute minimum of additives in winemaking.
